i cant do it it says setup has detected that another program setup requires the computer to reboot.You must reboot the computer before installing avast!.Once the system reboots,You need to restart setup.If you choose to continue,application may not work correctly. do you want to continue? Yes or No
OK. I ran the scan and it found some virus so now wat do I do.
as you know before we start the program its gonna testing program, then it suddenly announced can not scan or test a file and its just cancel out , any help??

If AVAST can’t get rid of it, then uninstall it and install AntiVir. I have a video on that one as well. It’s called, “How to Download, Install, Update, and Run AntiVir Antivirus to Remove Viruses”.
Hey, I got a virus alert and tried to delete it but avast said it couldn’t, so I tried removing the virus while rebooting (blue screen white text) and it still couldn’t go to chest to delete or any other action other than “Ignore”.
Any solutions to my crisis that you could help me with? please.
Not sure what you mean? Are you saying the A and the I in the bottom right corner where the time is are not showing? Or are you saying you were only able to update the program and not the virus definitions…or vice versa? For starters, try rebooting your computer and see if that fixes it. If not, then uninstall it and reinstall it.

What’s the name of it? Try googling how to remove it. You need to remove that one first before you install a new one. And AntiVir might work better for you than AVAST, as it has a higher rate of successfully catching viruses. I did a video on AntiVir as well called, “How to Download, Install, and Remove Viruses with AntiVir Antivirus (fantastic FREE program).”

You always need to have an anti-virus program running on your computer so you’re protected. And just so you know, you can only have one anti-virus program installed on your computer at a time. If you’re asking if your data will disappear when you reboot your computer when running the boot-time scan, no it will not. Thanks for the 5*!
